Amazing food and ambiance. Owner and daughters are super friendly and compassionate.

10/10 would recommend if you're in the area!!!

If you want amazing tacos at Houston prices, you will love this place. Wish it was open more days.

    *A DEFINITE MUST TRY*
My husband was off today so we decided to go get breakfast and he spotted this jewel. We checked Yelp and decided to give it a try. I ordered the enchiladas, yes at 10:30am (1st meal in the pan :) what else do foodies eat? My husband ordered an aporriado taco, chorizo & egg taco and a migas taco. My enchiladas we're EXCELLENT, the beans were just as good with a distinct flavor I couldn't quite put my finger on. My husband's tacos were also phenomenal! I actually like Flavias tacos better than a well known local taco establishment. We will definitely be back. *She will be moving next to the Starbucks@ South1st/Oltorf  in a month*

This was my first time to Flavia's, and I am SOLD. I got the breakfast tostada, potato breakfast taco, avocado tostada, and cucumber agua fresca. All tasted super fresh; the tostadas were crispy, but not greasy, and the homemade corn tortilla was very flavorful. The tomatillo salsa was a revelation. It was tangy, fruity, and slightly spicy, with just enough cilantro and garlic to add complexity.

I got my food to go, and everything was nicely packaged, with plenty of napkins for the mess I made in my enthusiasm. The prices were reasonable (I paid $9 before tip for what served as a solid lunch).  I will definitely be back!

After finding this food truck park and trying a few of the other spots here, which are also very well rated, I was very happy to try Flavia's and see that it too is delicious.

The food here is authentic Mexican food, and pretty cheap. The service is friendly, and the food is made to order so while it takes a bit, it's definitely worth it. We've come here twice now and tried both their breakfast and lunch items (have gotten the gordita as well as tried several tacos). Pretty solid salsa too.
